Born in England, raised in Australia, Emma is a graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre, NY and The Western Australian Academy of Arts (Advanced Diploma of Dance). Work in New York includes Burning Cities with Dreamscape Theatre for 2006 NYC Fringe, Betty Ann in The Bride of Onleyville Square and Alaura Kinsley in City of Angels. Other acting work includes Daisy in No Time for Dreamers (Actors Centre, Aust.), the lead role in the award winning film Thurday's Fictions (Physical TV, Aust.) and numerous physical theatre works including Impasse (Chrissie Parrott Company, Aust) and Feel and Respond (Acme Physical Theatre, Taiwan). Choreographic work includes Sense of Purpose on Sundays (The University of New South Wales), Paramnesia (One Extra Dance, Aust.) and assistant choreographer on Always Greener (Channel 7 Television, Australia). Emma is a fully qualified pilates instructor and holds both Australian and British passports.
